Joel and Andrew started Top Notch Fence & Deck in 2010 with an arsenal of experience in the industry under their belts. They worked their summers throughout highschool and university for a couple of different fence and deck builders. This instilled both a great work ethic and a passion for building. With their skills being honed after years in the industry, they decided to step out on their own and master their craft bringing their joy for building to their new clients. Their hard work, cleanliness, and attention to detail has been industry-leading and has helped them grow to be one of the premier deck builders in the GTA.

In 2021, Top Notch Fence & Deck was rebranded as Top Notch Decks and a new location added to service the Barrie and surrounding areas.

These two intend to continue to grow in their craft and take the details of fine interior finish carpentry to the outdoors where they enjoy most of their time. They hope your backyard will be their next great transformation.
